Information used

• Aggregate portal visit count.
• Country code estimated from the IP address, used for aggregate statistics and associated with registered accounts at sign-up or on their first login after this update.
• Selected language stored locally in the browser.
• When you use “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, verified email address, Google Account identifier and, when available, profile picture URL. The portal does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, or contacts.
• Session cookie used by visitors, registered users, and administrators for security, authentication, and navigation continuity.
• Cryptographic identifiers derived from the IP address and account, used temporarily to limit login, registration, password recovery, and calculator access attempts.

Approximate geolocation

When the server does not provide a country code, the IP address may be checked through ipwho.is solely to obtain the country. The portal does not store the IP address in this process; only the country code is kept in statistics and associated with accounts at sign-up or, for older accounts, on their first login after this update.

Public game profile lookup

When registration is completed and whenever the user requests another sync, the public Character ID entered is sent to the game lookup service at rebxgame.com. The response is used to fill or update the public character name, server, Warden’s Office/Forticlad level and photo. The lookup confirms that the profile exists but does not prove that it belongs to the user who entered the ID.

Premium plans and payments

For Alliance, the portal stores alliance details, members, invitations, roles, messages, and subscription history. To show presence to alliance members and administrators, it also stores the time of the account’s latest activity. For Calculator Pro, it stores the beneficiary account, one-time purchase status, and technical transaction identifiers.

Stripe receives the information needed to process payment through hosted Checkout. Guide LOJ does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Technical records are retained for support, duplicate prevention, security, and financial reconciliation.

Real purchases may be shown in the community banner for up to 30 days. Without identity permission, the announcement shows only “Anonymous”, the plan and date, without a name, nickname, alliance or server. Permission can be withdrawn from the profile.

Purposes and retention

Information is used to operate the portal, protect security, remember language preferences, and understand the overall reach of the content. Data should be retained only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Rights and requests

Where provided by applicable law, you may request information, correction, deletion, or other action concerning your personal data. Use the Contact page to submit a request once the channel is available.

External services and security

External websites linked by the portal have their own policies. Technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Terms acceptance record

To document acknowledgement, the portal records the terms version and cryptographic digest, language, date and time, and a cryptographic browser fingerprint. For signed-in accounts, the record is linked to the user; for visitors, a random identifier is stored in an essential cookie. The IP address is not stored in this record.
