Lands of Jail Hospital Guide: Heal Troops and Plan Recovery

Compare healing batches, restore the troops your next march needs, and budget resources and speedups for the whole event.

🏥 Heal for the next assignment

Check which troops your next march needs and when it must be ready. Open the Hospital and compare the wounded troops, the healing estimate and the resources available. If you only need part of the wounded back for the next operation, plan that batch first.

WhenWhat to check
Before the eventAvailable Hospital capacity, supplies, compatible speedups and the time of your first assignment.
After a fightWhich troops are wounded or lost, how much room remains and how long recovery will take.
Before acceleratingWhether available alliance help or waiting will finish the batch in time.
Before rejoiningWhether the restored march can do the job and whether you can afford another round of recovery.

⏱️ Compare healing batches against your deadline

Small batches can help if they return a usable march sooner and fit the alliance help available in your situation. A longer batch can fit an offline period. Compare the game's estimates for each option and check the current event's rules for wounded troops, capacity and recovery.

Hypothetical example: you have 60,000 wounded. Your available troops are 20,000 short of the march assigned for the next operation. If you can heal the right 20,000 in time, prepare that batch first and schedule the remaining 40,000 around later assignments. If the required batch cannot finish in time, tell the team early so someone can cover.

📦 Keep a recovery budget for the whole event

Set aside supplies and healing speedups for the fights the team needs you to attend. Count universal speedups separately and decide how much you can use without losing the reserve for later. Check the actual healing estimate before opening resource packs or spending Diamonds.

When recovery becomes more expensive than your remaining budget, call for a rotation, take a support role or withdraw as the team plan allows. Check why the previous march took losses before committing the same formation again.

✅ Review the cost after the event

Record the troops recovered, the resources and time spent, and what you still need for the next operation. Use that result to plan your next reserve and identify whether capacity, available resources or troop losses were the main constraint.
